We acquired Maggi in 2002 from R’Surene Morgan Farm.  Her foundation bloodlines are so up close on her pedigree they are rarely seen in today’s horses.  She is a granddaughter of Upwey Ben Don and along with other famous Morgans in her pedgree such as UVM Flash,  Senator Graham, Mor-Ayr Supreme, she quickly became our foundation broodmare of the farm.  All of her foals have been outstanding, with that true Morgan look and style.  Her son, Loess Hills Chances R, has become our herd sire after the loss of his sire, Still Takin Chances.  As breeders, our goal is for our mares to produce style and type... to produce get that contribute to the breed.

"Ali" is a Chance daughter and the dam of Loess Hills Heart Delite.  She injured her shoulder when she was a coming  2 yr old so she is only able to be a broodmare.  She stands 14.3H and is a total sweetheart.  She produces foals with that true Morgan look and style.  Her dam was one of my favorite mares, Triumphant, who was a Tedwin Topic granddaughter.   Loess Hills had 4 crosses between Chance and Triumphant.......Loess Hills Takin Command, "Ali", Loess Hills Hot Topic, and Loess Hills Pure Elegance.

"Missy" is the newest member of the Loess Hills family.  Acquired in February of 2012, she was purchased for the future cross with our stallion JMF Kool Cruise.  We purchased her as her lines match very well with the Beamington lines Cruise carries. Missy produced a gorgeous black colt in 2016 from this cross.

Total E is a cross between my sister Pam's beautiful and stunning stallion Futurity's Ellusion and mare Sinful Command.  She is the youngest of 3 full siblings.  I had been trying to buy one of these crosses for quite some time and finally Pam decided to let me buy Total E.  This mare was grand champion mare at her first class A show in the in-hand division as a yearling!!!!  She is truly stunning.  Her training has started with plans to put her in harness and under saddle.  Definite English pleasure and driving potential.  Sweet but yet has that spice that shows off in the show ring.  The plans are to cross her with Bellasarius probably in spring of 2017.  One of my favorite mares!!!

Heart is 100% solid MORGAN!!!  She will mature to right about 15H and she has CDE potential written all over her. A strong square body and a strong hindquarters AND a totally sweet disposition, AND a Chance granddaughter, she is one of my young stock that I am just totally in love with.  She is a very proud example of my breeding program here at Loess Hills Morgans.  She also has a very large white spot under her belly, thus qualifying to not only to be registered with the morgan breed as having a sabino trait, she could be registered as well as a pinto.  I've been told that paint and pinto people would "die" for a white spot that big!!  I got one and didn't even ask for it!!  Heart is broke to ride and at this time we are planning on taking her to the Nebraska State Fair and show her under western pleasure.

 Princess is one of my young mares that will never leave Loess Hills.  Her dam was a leased mare and her sire is my beloved Chances R.  She is our first offspring by R and all we can say is WOW!!!!!!  Look at that morgan style and beauty!  She is the image of her sire and grandsire, only a little more "feminine".  A true beauty that has stolen my heart from the day she was born.  The picture taken above was taken September 8, 2012.  She has been out to pasture so we brought her in, clipped her and brushed her up, and you can see the end result!  Beautiful, stunning, no other words can be said about this fabulous young mare.  This cross was a definite winner in our opinion, and I don't think many people would think differently!! Plans are to breed Princess to Bellasarius in the spring of 2017.
